Thank you in advance for bearing with me as I get the site set up exactly how I like it. In the mean time please feel free to sign up as a user and use all the search features you want to. I will be using this blog to go more in depth on new listings and to also let you know my thoughts on current events, or any thing else I feel like talking about. Hey everyone, it is supposed to get pretty cold in Columbia tonight, don't forget to let your water pipes drip water tonight to help keep them from freezing! If you have a tankless water heater, you need to drip not only cold water, but also hot water.
Ok, really. This time I am going to do it! The blog will happen this year! If it doesn't, I want anyone reading this to give me a hard time!. You can help me by sending me questions to answer on my blog this year or topics you would like me to help with or explain. I will be writing mostly about real estate, but I am sure you will get some things that are not real estate related as well.
I have made it a New Year's Resolution to start working on my blog on this website. I do a lot of posting on Facebook, but have realized that many of my clients might not be my Facebook friends, and could benefit from me keeping the blog on my website up to date. So, I am committed to doing so this year, and in the future. You can count on my blog to be informative about all things real estate in the Columbia, SC area, but also I will use it to update you on new listings I have listed, my life and my business, funny things I hear or see on the internet, and sometimes Current events. It will pretty much be my unedited thoughts about whatever might be on my mind at that moment.
Please feel free to comment on my blog posts and let me know what you think. I look forward to adding this as another tool for my clients in 2014!
